How do I reset my password?

Click the link below to request a password reset.

Reset Password

Once submitted, please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

The email will come from hello@yourskincaresource.com or “Your Skincare Source” with the subject line: “Password Reset for Your Skincare Source.”


How do I edit my information?

You can edit your information on your account page.

Click the person icon at the top right of any page, or visit this link:

On your account page, you can:

  • Edit your delivery address
  • See your order history
  • View recently viewed products
  • Change your password
  • Log out

Ordering

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive for quick processing and cannot guarantee order modifications.

For changes such as item adjustments or address updates, contact hello@yourskincaresource.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Why was my order canceled?

There are a few common reasons your order may have been canceled. If you're unsure or have questions, please reach out to us at hello@yourskincaresource.com—we’re happy to help.

1. Shipping and Billing Addresses Don’t Match

For your protection, we may contact you if your billing and shipping addresses don’t match. If we’re unable to reach you, the order may be canceled.

3. Shipping to a Mail Forwarding Facility

We do not ship to mail distribution centers or freight forwarding addresses that reroute packages to other countries or third parties.

3. Flagged By The System

In some instances orders are flagged by Shopify and are automatically cancelled, if this happened to your order and you have questions, please reach out to us at hello@yourskincaresource.com.

Shipping

What are the shipping fees?

We ship all orders over $75.00 FREE with UPS Sure Post or USPS Ground Advantage.

There is an option to request Signature Confirmation for a small fee of $3.00.  This is available at checkout. Alternatively, please see our Shipping Insurance option.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States only.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) normally takes 3-8 business days after it leaves our location.

Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).


What if my package was lost or stolen?

At Your Skincare Source, we take great care in packing and fulfilling your order. Once your package leaves our facility and a tracking number is provided, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. We are not liable for any issues that occur during transit, including loss, damage, or theft.

To help protect your order, we offer ShipInsure Package Protection at checkout. This optional service covers your package in case it’s lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. If something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly with ShipInsure for a refund or replacement.

We recommend selecting ShipInsure for added peace of mind. Please note that Your Skincare Source does not handle claims or contact ShipInsure on your behalf.

Important:

  • For packages marked “delivered,” claims must be submitted between 5–15 days after delivery.
  • For packages not marked “delivered,” claims can be submitted after 7 days.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

You may request an exchange or store credit within 15 days from the product's arrival, provided it is unopened, unused, with intact seals, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges/ store credits are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned package. (This policy does not apply during special promotions.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following brands are non-returnable due to manufacturer guidelines:

  • Silagen
  • Anfisa
  • EltaMD
  • Plated Skin Science
  • Xtresse

Items purchased during 30% off sale, Black Friday, and Holiday Sales are NOT eligible for returns.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in original condition, unopened.

Gift with Purchase items included with your order must be returned in original condition, unopened.

Damaged in-transit items are not accepted. Insure your return items and use secure packaging.

Rejected Deliveries

Marking an order "Return to Sender" is not an acceptable return method. Postage Fees apply if you wish to have items returned to you.

Postage Due Returns

Returns with postage due will be refused or incur deductions from your refund.

Product Condition Verification

We inspect products before shipping to ensure they meet quality standards.


How to request a refund?

Processing Your Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email at hello@yourskincaresource.com and obtain a confirmation email. Include the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product(s) for return
  • Reason for return

We will issue an RMA if your product is eligible for return. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

Important Return Requirements

  • Upon confirming your return via email, we'll provide mailing instructions.
  • Returns must reach us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • We require using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • Keep your shipping receipts to track your return.

What if my return order included a gift?

If an eligible return alters your eligibility for a "gift with purchase," the gift with purchase must be returned unopened and unused.

Gift With Purchase items not returned will be deducted from your refund.


What if my return order was shipped free?

Returning an item that was shipped for free, will result in a $10.00 deduction from your refund.
