How do I reset my password?

Ordering

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive for quick processing and cannot guarantee order modifications.

For changes such as item adjustments or address updates, contact hello@yourskincaresource.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Why was my order canceled?

There are a few common reasons your order may have been canceled. If you're unsure or have questions, please reach out to us at hello@yourskincaresource.com—we’re happy to help.

1. Shipping and Billing Addresses Don’t Match

For your protection, we may contact you if your billing and shipping addresses don’t match. If we’re unable to reach you, the order may be canceled.

3. Shipping to a Mail Forwarding Facility

We do not ship to mail distribution centers or freight forwarding addresses that reroute packages to other countries or third parties.

3. Flagged By The System

In some instances orders are flagged by Shopify and are automatically cancelled, if this happened to your order and you have questions, please reach out to us at hello@yourskincaresource.com.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Policy

Our Customer Care Team is dedicated to providing an exceptional service experience throughout your shopping journey. We're here to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and modifications. We also aim to make product returns as seamless as possible.

We ship all orders over $50.00 FREE with standard shipping.

There is an option to request Signature Confirmation for a small fee of $3.00.  This is available at checkout. Alternatively, please see our Shipping Insurance option.

Shipping Overview

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited shipping fees do not override processing times. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Currently, we do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Your Skincare Source ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to request a package intercept, redirection, or correction and for paying all associated carrier fees.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused for any reason, it will be eligible for store credit once it has been received back at our facility and inspected. Items must be unopened and in sellable condition to qualify.

A $15 fee will be deducted from the credit to cover shipping and processing costs.

If you would like your order reshipped, additional postage will be required before it is sent again.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or otherwise), Your Skincare Source’s shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.

Title to and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Your Skincare Source is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement once delivery has been confirmed.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:

  • Check all delivery locations (mailbox, porch, garage, surrounding areas).
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and request GPS delivery verification or proof of delivery.
  • If delivery coordinates confirm misdelivery, request retrieval through the carrier.
  • If delivery coordinates confirm correct delivery, we recommend filing a police report for theft and submitting any applicable insurance claim.
  • Many packages delivered to nearby addresses are returned within 72 hours.

Commercial Address & Delivery Restrictions

To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our fraud-prevention standards, Your Skincare Source reserves the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain commercial addresses.

High-value orders may not be shipped to:

  • Hospitals or medical facilities
  • Universities or campus mail centers
  • Hotels or temporary accommodations
  • Freight forwarders or package consolidation services
  • Third-party mailrooms or shared office buildings

Orders must ship to the verified residential billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout.

If an order is placed using a commercial address that does not meet our verification standards, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our discretion.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.

Shipping Insurance (Corso)

To provide additional protection, Your Skincare Source partners with Corso.

If Corso is selected at checkout, eligible claims for loss, theft, or damage must be filed directly by the customer in accordance with Corso’s terms.

  • Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed between 5 and 15 days after delivery
  • Claims for packages not marked delivered (presumed lost) may be filed after 7 days
  • Your Skincare Source does not file or manage insurance claims on behalf of customers.

If shipping insurance or signature confirmation is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility once delivery is confirmed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States only.

We do not ship to freight forwarding or package forwarding companies, including services that forward orders to customers outside the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) normally takes 3-8 business days after it leaves our location.

Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).


What if my package was lost or stolen?

At Your Skincare Source, we take great care in packing and fulfilling your order. Once your package leaves our facility and a tracking number is provided, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. We are not liable for any issues that occur during transit, including loss, damage, or theft.

To help protect your order, we offer ShipInsure Package Protection at checkout. This optional service covers your package in case it’s lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. If something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly with ShipInsure for a refund or replacement.

We recommend selecting ShipInsure for added peace of mind. Please note that Your Skincare Source does not handle claims or contact ShipInsure on your behalf.

Important:

  • For packages marked “delivered,” claims must be submitted between 5–15 days after delivery.
  • For packages not marked “delivered,” claims can be submitted after 7 days.

What if my package was damaged during shipping?

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage within 24 hours to hello@yourskincaresource.com, along with your name and order number. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion and require photo confirmation.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

You may request an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • With intact seals
  • In original packaging

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

This policy does not apply during special promotions.

Processing Your Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email at hello@yourskincaresource.com and obtain a confirmation email. Include the following details:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product(s) being returned
- Reason for return

If eligible, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued.

Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

Return Shipping & Conditions

  • Returns must be shipped within 15 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • A trackable shipping method with insurance is required
  • Keep your shipping receipt for tracking and verification
  • Items damaged during return transit are not accepted. Please package returns securely.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to manufacturer guidelines, the following brands are final sale:

Additionally, items purchased during promotions of 30% or more, including Black Friday and holiday sales, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift with Purchase Returns

If a return affects eligibility for a Gift With Purchase, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Gift items are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange.

Free Shipping Adjustment

If a return reduces your original order total below $75.00, a $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes.

Requests for modifications (items or address updates) must be submitted prior to shipment by emailing hello@yourskincaresource.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Track orders via account login. Multiple orders to the same address may be combined unless specified otherwise.

Rejected or Portage-Due Returns

  • Marking an order “Return to Sender” is not an acceptable return method
  • Returns sent with postage due will be refused or deducted from any issued credit
  • Postage fees apply if rejected items are reshipped to the customer

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of delivery for a complimentary return and replacement.

Product Condition Verification

All orders are inspected and double-verified for accuracy prior to shipment. Any claims of missing, incorrect, or damaged items require clear photographic evidence of the original shipping box and packing slip as received.

Claims submitted without this documentation will not be reviewed or approved.

How to request a refund?

Processing Your Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email at hello@yourskincaresource.com and obtain a confirmation email. Include the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product(s) for return
  • Reason for return

We will issue an RMA if your product is eligible for return. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

Important Return Requirements

  • Upon confirming your return via email, we'll provide mailing instructions.
  • Returns must reach us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • We require using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • Keep your shipping receipts to track your return.

What if my return order included a gift?

If an eligible return alters your eligibility for a "gift with purchase," the gift with purchase must be returned unopened and unused.

Gift With Purchase items not returned will be deducted from your refund.


What if my return order was shipped free?

Returning an item that was shipped for free, will result in a $10.00 deduction from your refund.


How long will it take to receive my refund?

Exchanges / store credits are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned package. (This policy does not apply during special promotions.)
