I have tried all creams out there in the market.
My last one was Alastin Restorative Skin Complex with New TriHex Technology and I could say it is the same as Silicone gel. It does the same effect for half price and double the amount of product.

I have used as well Zo skin products and they are good products. However, since the day I tried Silagen, my face behaved differently and it is worth the money. You need to try diff creams and see the results for yourself. The hydration and smoothness of Silagen is by far superior than even pure Doterra oils. Try it, fall in love with it, then you’ll know what I’m talking about it.

I am happy with the way the gel glides over the scar like silk and drys fast and no noticeable signs of having it on. I've only been using it for a couple weeks but feel good about what I've heard. I've used the silicone strips as well. They were given to me and recommended by my surgeon.
