Your Skincare Source Rewards

Your Skincare Source Rewards is our customer loyalty program that allows you to earn points on qualifying purchases and select activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive rewards.

You can earn points in several ways, including:

• Making qualifying purchases
• Creating a customer account
• Leaving product reviews
• Following us on Instagram
• Completing special rewards activities
• Reaching eligible purchase milestones
  

Available earning opportunities may change over time.

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Yes. You must create a customer account and be logged in when placing your order in order to earn and redeem rewards points. Once you create your account, you are in the program.

You must have an account and be logged in your account to see your points and rewards.

You can view your current points balance by logging into your account and visiting this page.

Available rewards can be found in the Ways to Spend YSS Points section of this page.

• Blue rewards are available for redemption and can be claimed immediately.
• Gray rewards are not yet available and will display how many additional points you need to earn before they can be redeemed.

Once you redeem a reward, a unique reward code will be generated and displayed in the Available Rewards section of this page. Simply apply the code during checkout to receive your discount.

Please note: Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

Current redemption options include:

• $5 Off: 500 Points
• $10 Off: 1,000 Points
• $20 Off: 2,000 Points
• $50 Off: 5,000 Points

Additional rewards and special offers may be available from time to time.

Points currently do not expire. However, Your Skincare Source reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

No. Rewards coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or special offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

Some brands, products, or promotions may be excluded due to manufacturer restrictions or promotional limitations. Eligibility may change without notice.

Points earned from purchases are typically added after your order is successfully completed. Certain activities, such as reviews or social media actions, may require additional verification time.

If an order is canceled, refunded, returned, or otherwise adjusted, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your account.

No. Rewards points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

No. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or account credits outside of the rewards program.

Share your unique referral link with friends. When an eligible new customer places their first order using your referral link, both of you can receive rewards.

New customers who use a valid referral link receive a $5 discount on their first qualifying order.

You will receive 500 rewards points after your referred friend completes a qualifying purchase.

Referral rewards are issued after the referred customer's order has been successfully completed and verified.

No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to manipulate the referral program are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of rewards.

Yes. There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer, provided each referral meets the program requirements.

Referral rewards may not be issued if:

• The referral link was not used
• The referred order was canceled or refunded
• The referred customer was already an existing customer
• The referral did not meet program requirements

Yes. Your Skincare Source reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Your Skincare Source Rewards Program and Referral Program at any time, including changes to earning opportunities, point values, reward levels, eligibility requirements, or redemption options.

Yes. In addition to earning points through the Your Skincare Source Rewards Program, we periodically offer special promotions such as YSS Cash Back on select brands and products. Qualifying purchases earn store credit that can be used on future orders.
